When and how did you start?

We were working on our plan from 2014, vectra got incorporated in march 2017.. we ( Jubin, peter, Rajesh) were working for hospital as nurses was always in request of home healthcare services from our patients. We worked on it and it went well.

How did you come up with the idea? Your inspiration moment


 The idea first came to Jubin. We were always contacting some random nursing bureaus for nurses and other healthcare professionals for the patient who required long term treatment and care after discharge. Still the patient relatieves were always complaining of unavailability of healthcare equipments  and poor quality of nurses..

 Then we came up with the idea of coordinating everything under one shelter including physiotherapy, nursing services, equipments rentals and many more and this clicked for us

Brief about organization and founding members..

Vectra is set up by a team of three young Nurses *Jubin varghese*( CEO) *Shince peter* ( Relationship manager) *Rajesh VR* ( VP operations). As we are all with the medical background we identifies patient needs and offer services as per needs.

*Vectra* converts home to a comfortable treatment environment. It is not only expensive also disturbs individuals psychological well being if we keep them in the hospital for a long time. But cases like accedents, trauma, stroke, cancer and all requires continuous monitoring and care. There is the importance of vectra we provides everything a patient needs. We got a number of proffessional *nurses, attendants physiotherapists, equipments from hospital bed to portable ventilator* to support patient needs. Our services include *palliative cancer care, old age care, accedent and trauma recovery, neuro rehabilitation, diabetus management, fitness and nutrition, mother and baby care, behavioral training for todler and school going children and many more*..

Challenges and Opportunities/ Marketing Strategies

Home healthcare is an emerging space currently estimated at $3.76 Bn Market growing at an 18% CAGR. It is expected to touch $14.2 Bn and touch ~86 million patients by 2025. The demand is driven mainly by a huge number of senior citizens and chronic care patients who need long-term and affordable out-of-hospital care. While there are a few players operating in this market including Portea, HCAH, Nightingales and Care 24, there is dearth of specialized and differentiated Pan India players with scaled operations.
